Mobasher Company is not responsible for any errors in the information contained on the website or application. Mobasher welcomes all complaints and suggestions and processes them professionally.
Mobasher Company is 100% Saudi-owned and headquartered in Riyadh. It is referred to in this agreement as (Mobasher Company), (we), or (us), representing the first party.
The "Client" refers to the individual, institution, or company accessing the website and benefiting from its services, whether directly or indirectly, with or without registration. The client may be a seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, real estate office, real estate marketer, or anyone holding an advertiser number from the General Authority for Real Estate, representing the second party.
The terms, conditions, and provisions of this agreement and any legal disputes are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The refund policy of Mobasher states the following:
Sales on the Mobasher platform occur through timed electronic auctions, live-streamed auctions, and sealed bids. By using the Mobasher platform, users agree to participate in auctions and bid on desired properties after paying a deposit. Mobasher does not guarantee a refund of the deposit once the bidder wins the highest bid and the sale is finalized. Additionally, the bidder may be charged for the costs of re-listing the auction.
* The Mobasher platform was created to include all types of real estate across the Kingdom. It provides various real estate services, allows searching for and listing properties, and enables direct communication with advertisers. The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of advertisement details, including the attached documents, and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations. Clients must understand that full responsibility lies directly with the advertiser.
* Mobasher Company provides no guarantees and is not responsible for any user’s non-compliance with the website's policies. It does not bear any risks, damages, liabilities, or losses incurred by buyers, sellers, or any other party. If you experience any harm, you may report it via email at [email protected], detailing the issue. Mobasher will take appropriate action based on the nature of the complaint without any liability.
Actions taken by Mobasher in case of harm include documenting and archiving complaints and violations, keeping records for reference, and providing them to relevant authorities if necessary.
Registering on the Mobasher platform authorizes us to store your entered data on our servers, review it, and monitor all transactions you make.
The bidder bears full responsibility for the stability and availability of the internet connection and the user’s devices during the auction, including the hardware and software used to access the platform. Mobasher Auctions Platform shall not bear any responsibility for any missed bids, delays, or inability to participate for any reason whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, internet outages, device malfunctions, browser or application issues, failures caused by the internet service provider, any delay or failure in transaction execution due to payment channels, third-party service providers, force majeure events, or any other circumstance or technical failure beyond the control of Mobasher Auctions Platform.
